Is there a heater on the passenger side?
2010 Laramie recently had heater core and evap replaced after having the same issues described in this thread with heat on passenger side and blowing cold air on drivers side. There was also an antifreeze smell that got progressively worse.

Heat is blowing on… When I turn on the heat, the passenger side is receiving warm/hot air but drivers side is receiving cold air. Wow, mine is doing the same thing.

it is not the blend door .the blend door controls the blending of inside and outside air intake only. 2010 dodge journey heater blows hot on drivers side and Coold on the passenger side. Took it to the dealer ask them to change the bad acucurarator. They said it was good and working like it should. So I looked at it myself and it is working.

My truck has heat on the driver’s side but no floor, defroster, or passenger side heat, sometimes something will pop under the dash and then I have heat everywhere in a 2005 2500 Dodge ram diesel Did you try flushing as described above?
