How do I pay at NCP parking?
You need a debit/credit card to pay in ticketless car parks. If you don’t have one on you, you can use a contactless payment device at the machine, or you can Pay Later online within 24 hours of driving out the car park.

How do I pay using the ParkPass App at a Pay and Display location?
- Register your app account including your payment details before you arrive to park.
- Select the pay and display car park on the map screen you’re parking at and select how long you want to park for.
- Press Pay now and your parking session will start.

How long can you stay in an NCP car park?
Can you park overnight or for more than one day? Yes, you’re able to park your vehicle overnight in most of our car parks, but please refer to the opening times of the specific car park using our find a car park feature.
What happens if you dont pay NCP?
If you forget to pay within 24 hours, you’ll be liable to receive a Parking Charge Notice, so it’s important you set yourself a reminder to pay if you choose to Pay Later online.
Is NCP ParkPass free?
No. The app is free to download, there are no hidden fees or convenience charges, nor mandatory notifications which we charge for.
How do NCP car parks work?
These car parks will be barrier car parks where you need to pay when you leave the car park, either at a pay machine when you’re ready to leave or at the exit barrier with a debit or credit card. At many of these car parks, you can also park using some of our parking products including Pre-book and NCP ParkPass.
