When CC is engaged, the car accelerates then stops, accelerates and stops within 1-2mph. Its very jerky. Its like the system is hunting for the right speed…. Also, speed up/accelerate works, but decelerate does not. It actually accelerates… I’ve heard there is a CC amp under the dash? Could this just need resoldering?

At speed (above 65 mph), the thing would disengage; it would also do it on hills. The non-stock 18 in wheels had low profile tires which were not “matched.”

Click to expand… OK.. the SRS light is a common issue for W210, you can find some reference in the sticky section. And 99% of possibility it’s not related to Cruise control malfunction. You can try to do a tire change. Maybe the problem caused by your front tire.
