Yes it’s great. I use it in my Overload bar. Using regular abilities while in Overload is kind of clunky but once you get the hang of it you can do really nice dps with just Liquid Lightning + Overload light attacks (I use spell power potions so that I don’t have to fool with Entropy while in Overload form).
