Is the 3582 ISB fault a SCR cat?

We went thru a stretch where everything 3582 was an SCR cat. On someone of them we did replace the nox sensors. I just find it weird that the trucks that went in to service at the same time they seem to all throw the fault together around the same time.

If you update the current ecm to the newest revision there should be the newest scr performance test, which will give a fail result. So we have a fleet and we have been running into this issue. If the scr still has the nh3 (mid-stream ammonia sensor) that scr is obsolete.

3582 and 3543 are the ones we need to address. I understand that. Have done quite a bit to raise thing. Happy to provide any info. This diagnostic has to meet specific engine and aftertreatment conditions to run and complete. NOx sensor data is gathered over varying engine speeds and loads.

I have a 2011 Pete with a PX-8 engine (ser#73301527). Had the above code. Removed doser injector extremly caked up replaced and cleaned housing . Could see where Urea was leaking from gaskets at Particulate filter and SCR. Replaced gaskets and clamps. Cleared all faults with insite, ran forced regen.
