Why is my brake chime not working on my Kodiak?
I found my Chime problem was the connector under Hydro Boost was not making good connection. Cleaned connector and Chime went away. If it is the Brake Switch and it is hooked to a brake controller. You need to read this bulletin. Bulletin #66.

Why did my Kodiak 5500 blow the fuse?
I have a 2008 4winds Kodiak 5500 that did it the day i picked it up from the dealer when it was new . The contacts burnt up in the brake switch and blew the fuse. Apparently the contacts were not rated high enough to handle the amperage of the circuit.

Where is the brake switch on a 2007 Jayco?
I had this problem on my 2007 Jayco.It is a $20.00 part that you can replace yourself.The brake switch is located at the top of your brake and is a plug-in type–you should be able to replace.Napa should have the switch in stock –if not then chev. dealer will hacve it. I hope this helps.
