Can you spray over Schutz?
Yes, but you will have to ensure your shutz is dry, and free of any dirst etc to get the the coats to stick.
Can you paint over Schutz?
Not overpaintable. Various textures can be achieved by altering spray technique. Can be applied with a roller or brush. Check that the spray gun is clean and free from blockages (excess pressure may cause the can to burst.)
How many gallons of fluid does it take to undercoat a truck?
A gallon of material should cover approximately one vehicle. FLUID FILM® may soften some vehicle undercoatings. This includes undercoating type paints. Check with dealer/manufacturer for compatibility.
Can I spray FLUID FILM with a paint gun?

3M™ Undercoating, PN 08881, is a black, multi-purpose, aerosol undercoating with a matte finish and a medium to coarse texture. 3M™ Underseal™ Undercoating, PN 08882, is a rubberized formula. Also with a black, medium texture finish, this coating can be painted.
Is the woolwax undercoating gun solvent free?
Woolwax® undercoating is solvent free, so there is no evaporation or hardening process. The Woolwax® left in the bottle will thicken over time. But you can restore to its original viscosity by shaking vigorously. Some people do prefer to clean the gun and wands.
