The AWD has three buttons on the left of the dash board and the 4 wheel drive had 4 buttons with the top button being round. All the Denali versions of the Yukon XL had AWD and no selector buttons. And yes the AWD drives totally different than the 4 wd.

The management could not answer questions pertaining to the vehicle. Spoke to 3 different people on 3 different calls and 2 were managers. None could tell me the mechanical problem with the vehicle, 2 hung up on me and the 3rd did not even have the information I inquired about when they called me.
