Why are the door chimes on my Silverado not working?
Ok here is a weird one. Have a 07 silverado with factory radio and cd player. Radio works and then does not work. Or I should say it works but at a very low volume level and only through the roof post speakers. Also noticed that when the radio is haveing this issue the open door chimes also are very weak or do not work.

Why do I have no door chimes on my NNB?
Door chimes in nnbs go through radio. If my radio is unplugged, I have no door chime. So it maybe something to do with radio, which also might have something to do with your speakers not working right. But I don’t know if it’s like that on your body style. And I think the door chimes and other alarms only go in through driver speaker.

How to test the RPO uq7 door chime?
With RPO UQ7 1. Battery positive voltage circuit to the amplifier open. Test the battery positive voltage circuit to the amplifier for an open. 2. Ground circuit to the amplifier open.

Is the buckle seat belt chime still working?
Anyhow, long story short.. all 4 door speakers sound like they’re blown and up until 3 days ago, my door chime (buckle seat-belt chime.. etc..) was in fact working, but I literally had to put my ear up to the drivers side door to be able to hear the ‘DING DING DING DING…’ sound from the door chime.

Yes factory radio. The rear speakers work, when I loose the chime both front speakers do not work, when I regain chime the left front works along with the rear but right door speaker dead. Gremlins ???
