Just a thought…. 65% of A/C failures in my 3200 car diagnostic database (GM vehicles) are due to loss of refrigerant due to a leak…… They use the same part on many cars. From Chevy’s to VW’s. Chick, i have a 1997 GMC Sierra K1500 with a 5.7L that has the same problem.
