This is going to stupid and it is, but this is what worked for me. Quit the Redragon App, go click on the arrow pointing up in the right hand side of the tray where it has icons for the apps/services that are running but hidden, exit that too. Now… right click the Redragon app on the desktop and run it as an administrator.
