Its a 04 dt466e in a 4400 series International. 200,000miles Im loosing power with aload on. Affraid its another injector. I think all have been replaced except one. hpop replaced twice. the dealer has always checked the pump pressure.

What should off hand rpm be on DT466?
If it cranks don’t rev it unless you have a gauge to handle about 3000psi. Off hand should take close to 600psi to start. also you can pull the valve cover and apply shop air pressure into the rail and look for air bypassing the injectors.
