What should I do if MY Volt won’t start?
Except if the battery is dead and the car won’t start, not sure if the odb adapter will give you any info. If the car is awake enough to unlock via the door buttons, OBD is active for many PIDs, including 12V voltage. (It does not need to be started and in ‘ready’ state)
