What causes no spark on a 2002 MXZ sled?
In 01 there were two plugs that would interchange and cause no spark. Thanks for the info guys, I was looking at his sled in MN and we tested the triggers and they ohmed out good. Pretty sure there were’nt any interchangable plugs on the mpem. I came back to Salt Lake and heard he got fed up and brought it to the dealer.

Any help would be great, thanks. trace wires from the kill switch, and ohm it out and should either be open or measure like .1 ohm, when he replaced the stator did he replace the trigger sensor? check ur plugins on MPEM not sure about 02.

A friend of mine had the same problem with his 05mxz 600sdi. This is what happened… He drove the sled to his trailer and filled up with oil and came back to the cottage. We all got ready and he went to pull his sled over and it wouldn’t go.
