Really shouldn’t fudge it cause the tool is rather cheap, but if they say to use OE spec then the degree of torque with a bar and not the Torque wrench turning 90 degrees is equal to 1/4 turn and 180 is half and so on. The specs from factory have enough of a tolerance variation that you could eyeball it well enough I think.
