My radio controls on my steering wheel have completely quit working. They didn’t stop working all at once though. The mute and seek buttons quit working but the power and volume buttons worked for about another week and now none of them work. All the cruise control buttons and rockers still work perfectly.

The only controls that work on my steering wheel is the cruise controls. Has anyone for sure identified the corrective action on this? I am having this same exact intermittent problem.
