I inserted CD, drive took it in, tried to read and then throws it out. It says READING DISC for long time and then says ERROR READING DISC (though there is no disk inside). When I switch on Radio, it says “CD IN” in a small box. Seems like iPOD and AUX should be the best bet as suggested.

So then one of the guys from the repair shop told me that you just have to HOLD DOWN THE REGULAR CD EJECT BUTTON FOR 15 SECONDS, AND THEN THE RADIO WILL POP OUT exposing the MAP DISC slot. There you go. The Magic Answer. I went to Best Buy – purchased disc head cleaner for $12.99. Pop radio out.
What to do when map disc won’t open?
Hold the disc still until the touchscreen changes to say that the disc is invalid and to contact your dealer. After that hit the eject button again which will close the screen then hit te eject button and touch the eject map disc button. After doing this the disc SHOULD eject.
