I understand we have RAP- Retained Accessory Power, but isn’t that suppose to go off once driver door is opened?

My ’18 Collie W/T extended cab does the same thing with the passenger door. The radio will turn on randomly when I open the passenger door even without the key in the ignition. The only way to turn off the radio is to open and close the driver door or stick the key in and cycle on-off.
