It is a two wire connector on it . You can if you want to but The real problem will be under the valve cover . The oil rail is leaking through the seals . The Ipr valve can also be replaced as I know they have made changes to it over the years as well to improve the design. Ok I have already replaced the seals and the icp sensor

Fuel pump is electric on those and makes 95 psi, (computer only reads up to 75 psi though). ICP should be over 500 psi to start. What is your cranking rpm, voltage? It says it can show fuel pressure but doesn’t. I just got a cheap diagnostic tool.
