Why are so many people fired from Taskus?
The leads get paid as much as the call takers. Once the company got their investment from the big company the “teammates first” feeling went away. They fired most of the people that were there since the beginning because they got paid more and the investors needed us to spend less. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at TaskUs.
