It is usually tied to power windows or locks. If you have one or both, I suggest blowing air around the switches and get the moisture and/or dirt out of the switch. The switch could be starting to go bad or water got in from a rolled down window. 613 14p and the 614 14a have to do with the air box and thermistors.

Why is there no AC code on my air box?
Correct none of those are active clear them , it is probably not an ac code it is likely a fualt for one of the air box door actuators, clear them and run the air box thru all the positions and see if a code pops back up , i will scan thru my fualt table when i get back to work. Ok I cleared them and they have not come back on.
