What’s the issue with the Regen process not working?
The Edge CTS has helped me monitor the engine and with a recent #2 NOX ssensor issue. I provided the codes to the dealer and what I expected the problem to be. The diesel tech did not re-connect the CTS after he completed the repairs – probably a “GM thing”. P2463 came back up Monday when I was driving the truck.
Why do my Regen Temps not come up?
Regen temps are also measured as a way of telling if the injector is working. If it calls for a regen and the temps don’t come up I think a message will be displayed or a code thrown. The Edge CTS has helped me monitor the engine and with a recent #2 NOX ssensor issue.
Is there a forced Regen on the insight CTS?
Dealer did a forced regen and filled the DEF tank. I added an Insight CTS monitor and in the past 4000 miles I’ve seen nothing but normal operation and normal regens beginning at 44 grams. But if something atypical shows up it will back to the dealer. Wonder what codes you have now. Regen is initiated based on DPF filter diff. pressure.
