What kind of brakes does a GMC Sierra have?
I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD. The brakes were pulsating when I purchased this truck. I replaced all the brakes and new rotors. It still pulsated. I can pull the emergency brake and it comes to a stop smoothly.
Why does my Chevy Silverado bounce when I brake?
Was getting a speed sensor code on left side but no code now. Rear brake problems usually cause the pedal to bounce, you wont really feel it in the steering wheel or whole truck. You may want to check the U-joints- that is if when you are braking and feel the vibration, then let off pedal and vibration is still there.
Why are the brakes on my GM Truck pulsating?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The ABS – Anti-lock brakes will do this. This problem can be caused by the wrong size tires. Basically the ABS system needs to “know” the size of the tires you have installed. This would be a GM dealer service thing.

What does it mean when there is no trailer brake?
Just no brakes when pressing the brake pedal. Pressing the brake pedal does not activate the trailer brake pump (EHB) trailer brakes. Using the manual lever on the ITBC works just fine and the graph lights up on the DIC. Pressing the brake pedal lights up the DIC graph but does not activate the pump.
