Where is the negative terminal on a GMC Acadia?
I just disconnected the negative terminal on the battery (located in mid row right side). Then, I disconnected the positive terminal on the fuse block and released the 7 tabs and 2 screws holding it down and popped right out. Popped the new one on and tightened the 2 screws done.
Do you need tow package for GMC Acadia?
I don’t have a tow package and there is one at the location where you are talking about and people on the Outlook forum had problems with the hoses that go to theirs. That same size alternator is spec’d for my Acadia without a tow package. The KW7 spec corresponds to GM part number 20838975 so I don’t think that changes.
