What lights should be on when raining?
Use your low beam headlights whenever it is raining. Remember, it is always illegal to drive with only your parking lights on. Use low beams in fog, snow, or heavy rain. Light from high beams will reflect back and cause glare.
Why are the lights not working on my Honda?
I found this out when I blew the fuse bringing the camper back from the lake. A short on the camper would blow the fuse. Headlights work, turn signals, etc. Check out this fuse and see if it fixes the problem. thanks for the reply but it it definitely not a fuse.

The CURT style you loose trailer lights and truck tails. There is a 15 amp fuse under the hood labeled small lights, for some reason this controls the rear running/tail lights as well as the lighting for the radio/HVAC area.

How can I tell if my tail lights have a fuse?
When you have located the fuse for the tail lights use a fuse tester to check the connection. If the tester lights up – your fuse is functioning fine. If it does not light up then, replace the fuse with another of the similar amperage and size. In many instances, you can see the break in the metal strip of the fuse.
