Why is there vibration in my front drive shaft?
The front diff was rebuilt completely and the vibration remained. The technician put the truck on a lift and removed the front drive shaft. A coworker was in the truck while on the lift and spun the truck to the 47 mph. Shake is still there. So we’ve ruled out the front differential.
Why does my drivetrain vibrate at 55 mph?
No problems with the drivetrain at any speed. I’ve been up to about 80 on freeways driving across state. Today I replaced the transmission mount. Went in without any problems. Took the truck to get dinner and at 45 it starts to vibrate, at 55 it gets worse.
