It turns the Park assist system off/on. On my LTZ it is in the center portion of the dash below the radio. I think on LT models it is on the left hand side of the steering wheel near the headlight knob. I am pretty sure that 1 light on is 5′ away , 2 lights on is 3′ away , and 3 lights (which one is red) is 1 foot away.
