If you pull the headlight switch out and visually inspect the plug itself you will probably find that the withe wire and the brown wire are discolored. (Due to its intermittent connection they heats up) The female connector on both of those wires have lost one side of the clip that slides on to the headlight switch.

The brake light is a dual-filament bulb so it is very possible the parking lamp side could be burnt out. As for the turn signals, do your hazards work? Front hazards work but not the rear. You probably have bad bulbs, hazards use the same bulbs as turn signals.

I had the same problem on my 91 K1500. The most common reason rear lights of any kind will fail is rotted wires. They run through wire shroud from front to back along the inside of the frame to the left tail light. Running this way leaves them exposed to the elements.
