If that reads good, then it must be the fuse that goes to the fuse panel. This is in the underhood electrical center, called the LBEC2 fuse. It controls both the front and rear windows on the left side. There is also one for the right side power windows as well. I suspect that this is bad or not making a good connection.

The windows and the locks are on two separate circuits. The only part that these two have in common is the master switch. Of course it is also possible that the wiring harness between the driver side door and cowl is corroded and that some of the pins are to corroded or even broken off and do not make contact.

If your only having a problem with one window it could be two things. The live red wire for that windows is cut or the switch itself isn’t working. Just take the broken switch off and plug on another working switch from another door to test the switch.
