Can a shop replace all 16 lifters on a 2013 Silverado?

Anyone have an estimate to have a shop replace all 16 lifters in a 2013 Silverado (I will also be doing an AFM delete if I actually go through with this)? Unfortunately I will have to have a shop do it as I’m not technically inclined enough to do it myself.

How much does it cost to replace lifters on a Vortec?

Migh want to make sure that is included with the shop that is doing it. Re: Time (hours) to replace lifters & cam on the 5.3 Vortec? You can get a long block 5.3 from Fraser engines for $4500 shipped to your door. Comes with a 3 year 100,000 miles warranty. That’s the price quote I got directly from them. That is also for a afm/dod deleted 5.3.

Is it possible to replace all 16 lifters?

So I know this is a bit old, but if I am planning to replace the CAM as well as all lifters, is it possible to wait, and what additional damage could be done if I did this? The tick isn’t anywhere nearly as loud as I’ve heard online from many people.

Is there an AFM on my Silverado Sierra?

NO accidents or rust, and otherwise runs fine (other than the tick from the lifter (s) and oil consumption–I can deal with oil consumption but don’t like the ticking). Have you tried to do anything to cure the ticking and consumption? Engine flush, catch can etc? I assume you have AFM turned off?

How to fix a collapsed lifter on a Silverados Vortec?

I paid a mechanic 1500 bucks to replace all the lifters and the lifter trays on that side only. I purchased a device from a company called range that you plug into the diagnostic port and it prevents the engine from switching out of 8 cylinder mode. About 3 months after having the work done, the same lifter in the same cylinder has failed again.
