Federal Emissions. Look in the glove box and see if you have the rpo code of FE9. If you have this, then you wont have a CEL if you delete. Trucks throwing CEL’s are hit/miss. My 05 didn’t throw a code when I blocked the EGR. That being said, my EGR was blocked (not deleted, stock up-pipe) for 150k with no issues.
