Do Volvos have wipers on headlights?

I can tell you, on my car it doesn’t have to be in POS II. The headlights have to be on, activate the washer fluid for windshield and the headlight ones will turn on as well. If you turn off the headlights, only the windshield washer fluid will be activated (I’m sure you know this).
How do you change the orientation of a headlight wiper?
Since all you want to do is “Aesthetically” correct your wiper, all you would do is Re-Install the Arm with the correct orientation on the Splined shaft, and replace the nut. The Wipe Arm is just pressed onto the Splined spindle-shaft of the wiper motor, and held on by the Nut. All you need to do is PULL the Wiper Arm Off of the Shaft.
