How does the GMC disappearing trailer work?
This transparent camera view works by lining up the images from the camera attached to the back of the trailer and the camera on the back of the truck. It then detects the edges of the trailer box and outlines it.
Why is the tow / haul button not working?
Re: Tow/haul button not working. As stated above, it is the wire from the switch in the steering column that has developed an open in it. I believe there is a thread on this site that explains how to replace the switch. If not I’m sure you can google it and someone has posted a video on line of how to do it.
Why is my trailer not getting any power?
If you aren’t getting any power on the wires going into the connector, then the connector itself isn’t the issue. There’s something going on with the factory trailer wiring. Since all the fuses are good there’s likely a short somewhere on the wiring.

Where is the tow haul fuse on a GM Truck?
So Sunday we went riding about hour from the house loade the atv’s up and dropped it in first gear pushed the tow haul button on the end of the shifter and there it was on… did this several times that day worked every time. Hope this helps you out it did for me. Don’t you have a subscription to alldata or something similar?
