My rear hatch is about a 50/50 shot on locking. Been going on for about 8 months now. It doesn’t make any difference locking the car by using they key fob, the touch sensors, or the inside door lock/unlock buttons- either way you do it, still same 50/50 shot of it locking. Has spent many of many days at the dealership.
