Why is the oil flush on my element not working?

They insist on following the troubleshooting flowchart and will end up replacing all the parts again and be out a lot of money and still not working. Some times it is the wire-harness that needs replaced and never never add any oil flush or additives to your Element! Also only use OEM parts. Did you use an OEM filter or aftermarket?
