What does the Lovelady Center do?
The Lovelady Center is a faith-based, non-denominational residential facility dedicated to empowering young women in need. The facility provides shelter, meals, childcare and a variety of rehabilitation services, including medical care and state-certified substance abuse counseling.

How long is the Lovelady program?
9-12 months
The residential, faith-based program lasts 9-12 months, and graduation is determined on a case by case review done by client representatives and directors.

Refuges. The Women’s Refuge sometimes accepts donations of clothes and toys. Contact your nearest branch to find out where you can drop off donated goods.
Can cribs be donated?
Reselling, donating old cribs now illegal under new federal consumer protection rules. Cribs manufactured before July 23, 2010, don’t meet new standards set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and are illegal to resell or donate.
What does salvation army pickup?
DONATIONS ACCEPTED These include; used mattresses and box springs, sofa beds, used wall-to-wall carpets, hazardous materials (e.g. paints), propane tanks, barbecues, infant equipment (e.g. car seats, cribs and strollers), tires and auto parts.
