Where is the diagnostic plug on a VY Commodore?
Its what also provides the power at the diagnostic connector for the scan tools. Its also under bonnet. If they are ok, the manual states that some circuitry then has to be tested, but if scan tool isnt powering up its a common problem for the BCM and diagnostic plug. What kind of truck has no OBD plug?

Update?: I removed the plastic trim to expose the wiring harness on the carpet that moves along the side to the back and noticed there was quite a bit of water and the wires were all wet.
