Where are the auxillary power outlets on a Silverado?
There are two auxillary power outlets in the front dash. Over the weekend, I plugged in my 200W inverter into the left outlet to allow my sister to charge her cell phone with her standard 120V charger. The inverter worked for 3 minutes and then quit.

Why does my GMC Duramax have no power to trailer?
Turned out that upon closer inspection the 40A fuse for Stud#1 was blown. It looked fine from the top but when I pulled it out it was no good. If it is hooked up and did blow a fuse it would be one of the square ones furthest inboard that protects the #1 post. Your slide must have overloaded the fuse. Mine is a 40 amp if I remember correctly.

50 miles isn’t much for a totally drained house battery. Meter across the -ground and aux+12v pins on the 7-way plug at the rear of the truck, checking for output. Click to expand… I found the wire on lug 1 and have the voltage at the connector. The camper is in for warranty work so they are gonna check the camper end also.
Where is the power on a Duramax stud 2?
The trailer battery ring terminal on Stud #2 is fused with 30 Amp Maxi-Fuse. This circuit provides power to the MBEC TRLR connector inside the cab. I have no idea why you would have power to both sides of the stud 2 fuse but stud 2 would not be powered.
