Bank one starts on the drivers side but on the 6.0 in a 2500 the pipe goes to the passenger side. So bank 1 sensor 1 is on the drivers side but bank 1 sensor 2 is on the passenger side before the muffler. Just follow the pipe back starting on drivers side.

The removal and install are super easy to get to (at least on my silverado 2500) but I would recommend warming up the exhaust to operating temperature to allow the metal to expand, this will make getting the O2 sensor off much easier, could also use a torch if you have one.
