Why is my GMC Sierra heater not working?
Yes, the heater fan does have a fuse. If the fuse isn’t blown, there’s a sensor in the duct work behind the glove box under the dash that controls the fan speeds that you can check. 05 GMC sierra heater blower stopped working. It used to work on setting 1-4 but lost 4 a couple weeks ago and now none of them work.

2005 GMC Sierra 2500. Nothing is blowing out on all settings…I changed the fuse and it worked for like a minute but, then it must have blown again because now there is nothing. The AC must be fine because when I turn it on you can feel cold air just a little. I heard there was a recall, but what else? The blower? Wiring? Relay?

Why is my blower not working in Hi ( 5 )?
The usual failure of the resistor pack is if it works in HI (5) but not in any other mode or just a few modes. When you switch to high,the blower motor relay coil circuit is grounded and voltage is now applied directly through the relay to the blower motor; bypassing the resistors. So, I would look to see if the relay is ok.
