Why does audio off on CarPlay not work?
New guy with 2016 blue volt that my wife drives. My wife complained a few times that Volts audio goes to “Audio Off” mode displayed on instrument cluster console, and at that time neither carplay works nor physical volume knob works. The radio mode still works and the volume paddles still work.
