Where is the fuel pump sensor on a GMC Truck?
Its located on the drivers side of the throttle body. Its the top sensor. Try turning your key to the run position a few times (with out starting). Then try to start it. If it starts, sounds like what mine did. I replaced the fuel pump assembly and that fixed the problems.

I cold started twice today, both times following Denaliano’s steps and both times it started right up. So now I just have to figure out which of the two it is… Is the check valve part of the fuel pump?
