What should I do if my dash gauges are all out?
Dash gauges are all out and no power windows and no blower for air and heater and its as something shot or blew but the two places that I checked the fuses are not blown. What else might I do to see if the problem can be fixed without going into the shop? have the same problem? Will the vehicle start and run?

Where is the relay for the rear window defogger?
The relay itself is somewhere behind the instrument cluster, center vent area. Seems like you have one of those with a timer for the rear window defogger. This one actually have some additional parts for the circuit; there is a relay and also a 30A defogger fuse.

Why does my car gauge read cold when I Turn on the ignition?
With the ignition on, the gauge should register cold. If you connect the sending unit wire to ground, the gauge should switch to read hot. If the gauge moves as expected, then you can suspect a bad sending unit. If the gauge doesn’t move when you ground out the sensor wire, then you can suspect a bad gauge.
