Where are the grease Zerks on my Silverado?
I have been looking for the amount and location of all my grease zerks on my 07 Silverado 2500HD DMax. Each year make and model may differ in one way or another depending on the year and the model.

New body style Silverado 4×4, there are 11 grease fittings, or zerks, that need to be lubed. Before doing the chassis lube, pump a little grease out of the gun to clean out any dirt that may have gotten into it.

That’s it on 1500 trucks and has been that way since 2007. The HD trucks have 9 on the front 2011+up and 11 1999-2010. Factory U-joints are sealed on all trucks 1500-3500. If you really find a need to needle grease, just do the ball joints. Working off memory, I know it’s two, I know I pierced 4.
Do you have to grease drive shaft with Zerk?
Be careful not the pump too much in them and possibly bust the boot. For other suspension and steering components, continue pumping until grease oozes out the joint between the two components. If you have a drive shaft with a zerk on the u-joint, be sure to grease it too.
