Where are the relays on a Chevy tracker?
With manual in hand I located another flock of relays cleverly located high up on the left kick panel above the cabin fuse panel (there’s more fuses in the engine compartment). Shook, removed/replaced ALL. No go. Jumpered the fuel pump relay (sub’d a wire for the make/break contacts). No go. Cussed.

Why does my Chevy tracker not start up?
No “check engine” light. Starter would crank normally, but no start. Since the car has a vibration at freeway speeds I checked those relays that I could find ( not quite sure why so many relays when a switch would do). No go. Tried again, started right up and ran the 1000 miles to home. Now a year later same problem. Did the relay game again.

Why is the trigger circuit on my relay not working?
If so the trigger circuit of the relay electrical system is working, if not continue to next step. ( Note: If the relay clicks and the circuit is still not working there is a good chance the contacts inside the relay have shorted.)
What should I do if my relay has failed?
Turn the ignition to the “ON” position and jump terminals 87 and 30 the relay is now jumped and the accessory should activate, if so the relay has failed. If no power is observed at either 87 or 30, the fusible link or maxi fuse has shorted.
