Where is the cargo light on a 2015 GMC SLT?
Just picked up my 2015 GMC SLT. Don’t want to sound stupid but I cannot find where to turn on the cargo light for the truck bed, I have s switch that turns on two LEDs that are under the bed rail, should the cargo lights come on with that switch as well? Or is there another switch?

If you don’t mind some custom wiring you could probably tap off the door circuit and add a relay to get the lights to do what you are asking.

Thanks for any help on this. Try reseting the mechanical switch located under your dashboard. It is on the drivers side and it is attatched to the arm on your brake pedal. As you apply the brakes the switch closes and the lights are activated. I had this happen to me on my old 88 chevy.

Inspect the PC solder joints (circled area) carefully with a magnifying glass. Lookin for cracks in the solder at the top or bottom.
