Where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 2000 Chevy Silverado?
Step 1 – Disconnect the vacuum line Allow the truck’s engine to fully cool down before working under the hood. The fuel pressure regulator is located on the driver’s side of the engine. Disconnect the vacuum line on top of the regulator by firmly pulling it up and off.

What causes low fuel pressure on a Chevy Silverado?
Took the chevy dealer and they causing the low fuel pressure. 50 psi. I bought the truck home and change the pump. Still no luck 50 psi at the rail. Changed the filter. No luck. 54 psi at the rail. Changed the fuel regulator. 52 psi at rail.
