Why does my car make a beeping sound when I start it?
I started my truck and a long, fast beeping sound came out from under the dash. It stopped after about 10 seconds. I shut it off and it did the same sound. It’s not a seat belt chime or door chime, it’s much faster and more annoying.

On a short trip, it can beep like 4 times in like 15 minutes. Then other times, it just beeps randomly. There are no lights that are on indicating an error. Thats what i thought was strange is that the sound isnt coming from the speaker. It just started doing it the other day. I was running some errands and was headed home when it started doing it. It will do it too if I turn the key over without starting it and turn the key back to accessory or lock position.
