Why are Honda Accords so noisy on the road?

I also test drove a 2008 TSX, Accord and they were also noisy. Honda why can’t you add 10-15 pounds of additional sound dampening to make the car quieter? Being connected to the road means steering wheel fell, handling and not road noise!
