Why does my Honda HRV make a clicking sound?
While on a trip yesterday, we had been driving from Florida to Virginia, we stopped at a rest area and had trouble getting the car started again. I tried a few times to start it and just got a clicking sound from the engine, lights flickered on the dashboard, but no turnover.

Put a multi-meter on the battery and see how much voltage you are getting out of your battery. Should be around 13.1+vdc. If you are seeing something like 12v or less, it’s probably the battery. Also, check for corrosion around the terminals: clean them if they are dirty.
